If you experience download issues or file errors, contact us at hello@sheqsociety.com and we will assist promptly.

1. Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot issue refunds once a file has been purchased, accessed or downloaded.

All purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

This policy complies with standard digital product regulations.

2. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us at hello@sheqsociety.com and we will verify and issue a correction. Enter “Duplicate Purchase” in the subject line.

3. Download Issues

If you do not receive your files, or if your files are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, email us for assistance aong with a screenshot of the error message.
We will ensure you receive the correct product.

4. Technical Support

We will help resolve issues such as:

  • File not opening

  • Wrong file sent

  • Wrong version

  • Missing components in a bundle

5. Unauthorized Purchases / Fraud

If your payment method was used without authorization, contact your bank or payment provider immediately.
Once a chargeback is issued, delivery access will be revoked.

6. Subscriptions & Membership

For memberships or app subscriptions:

  • Refunds follow the subscription terms at time of signup

  • Prorated or partial refunds may not be available

  • You may cancel at any time to avoid future billing
